Reed UPC836APE Universal Pipe Cutter 8"-36" 07517

The REED UPC is lightweight; cuts fast; requires only 12” clearance around the pipe; provides a square cut virtually every time; and can be operated underwater. It is by far the safest, easiest and fastest power cutter to setup, operate and maintain, which nets a low operating cost.

Both UPC836APE and UPC848APE kits ship in a steel toolbox and include a UPC cutter, a filter-regulator-lubricator, #97520 and #97521 blades. The #97521 blade will cut large diameter PE pipe with a wall thickness up to 2.65” (67 mm). To cut 6” - 8” PE pipe, the #97519 blade must be ordered separately.

NOTE: When cutting steel pipe with the steel blades, sparks are possible and expected. Because of the sparks, the UPC cannot be used for cold cuts.
